LAP STEEL GUITARS & PICK-UPS
TIMBER LAP STEELS
At Thurstonberg, we specialize in handcrafting lap steel guitars that are unique and of the highest quality. Our timber lap steel guitars are made using a variety of timbers with the most common being walnut and blackwood. Other timbers can be used but longer lead times will apply and it would depend on the availably of the required timber. Contact us on the contact page for your special requests. The custom timber guitars can be personalized to create your own unique lap steel.

PAINTED LAP STEELS
At Thurstonberg we also manufacture & stock a range of painted lap steel guitars. These are made with the same dedication and care as the timber guitars but are painted in a high quality automotive painted finish.
Special colour requests can be made, but it will result in longer lead times. Pearl white is currently the standard colour stocked. When other colours are in stock they will be placed Here
GUITAR PICKUPS
At Thurstonberg, we take pride in creating the high-quality P-90 pick-ups for our lap steel guitars.
These pick-ups are made in house to the P-90 specifications. Our dedication to customer satisfaction is what sets us apart, and we strive to make every customer's experience a positive one. These pick-ups can be ordered on the shop page.
